Manager, AI Project Manager, AI Hub, OA, Rapid Innovation, Pakistan
This role will be based in our center of excellence in Pakistan Karachi and Lahore.
Your key responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify AI use cases and understand their specific requirements.
- Develop project plans and timelines for AI use case development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during development.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including high-level summaries and detailed reports
- Lead the AI team in effectively managing and monitoring their progress
- Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within your team
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outcomes
- Ensure that all AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in project management in AI or technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
