As part of our EY Cyber security, Technology Consulting team, your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will be responsible for delivery and maintaining quality of services and deliverables on your engagements. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.As a Cybersecurity Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and managing key accounts. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that address client needs and industry challenges.You will also be responsible for the growth and development of the cybersecurity team, providing mentorship and support to team members while ensuring high performance on active projects.

- Experience in unit leadership and team development
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity and business context
- Client-focused approach with business acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Flexibility to take part in business trips (around 25%)
- Fluent English
- Additional certifications (e.g. ISO27001, TOGAF, Zero Trust)
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity initiatives
- German or French is a plus
