Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional and global audit reviews within the ECF team covering multiple LOBs.
• Identify key risks, document process understandings, and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls .
• Assess compliance with enterprise standards applicable to product control areas, financial accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, liquidity reporting or recovery and resolution planning.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of issues identified document these issues and validate that remedial action and key risks have been mitigated.
• Draft good quality audit reports and escalates audit results to business leaders.
• Assess potential for the use of automation in audit testing.
• Prepare high quality audit documentation ( PowerPoint decks summarising scoping and testing strategies and test results) as well as presentations to senior management.
• Independently conducts/oversees issue validations.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction if required.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional qualification, either ACA, ACCA, FRM or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in the product control areas
• Other desired experience relates to accounting, financial, regulatory or liquidity reporting.
