As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across Consumer and Commercial markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling, data-driven content that resonates with target audiences and supports our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Content strategy & execution
Contribute to develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote our brand and products across Consumer & Commercial.
Plan, develop and execute the overall content marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals.
Content development & adaptation
Collaborate with the local marketing team to create and adapt asset and content strategies.
Adapt globally created content to locally relevant and compelling assets for various channels, including social posts, newsletters, digital ads, brochures, website.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop or localize marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies and B2B nurturing flows.
Leverage market research to refine audience segmentation and personas to create content that enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Collaboration & coordination
Partner with the company’s marketing and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
Coordinate and help manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Supervise an apprentice.
Optimization & performance tracking
Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
Monitor and report on asset, media and event performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement and optimize content to improve results.
Manage budgets for content production and distribution.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and the industry to maintain a competitive edge.
Who you are?
Proven 2-6 years’ experience in content marketing, asset creation and adaptation, marketing & communications or related field, preferably in B2B and/or B2C environment.
Previous experience in IT is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, customer journey optimization and SEO principles.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (Office), marketing tools and software.
