Qualifications
  • Written and verbal fluency in Slovak or Czech.
  • Experience in technology-related sales or account management
    OR
    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field combined with relevant sales/account management experience
    OR
    Equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud-based business applications and productivity solutions to enterprise clients, consistently exceeding sales targets.

First and foremostPartner FirstMindset -and delivering salesthrough digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems and platforms.

  • Sales Execution.Drivenew salesand customer engagementsleveragingvariousmechanisms includingdigital signals, social selling, and partner collaborationinitiatives.Manage the end-to-end Biz Apps business across your territory, including consumptionand licensing transactions.Proactively build an external stakeholder network to and implement strategies to accelerate and close opportunities.
  • Business Value Selling:Identifyand engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value.Lead withindustry relevant insights and aconsultativeapproach to uncover customer needs and delivermeasurablebusiness outcomes
  • Operational Excellence:Meet operational standards andmaintainreporting accuracy for key performance indicators – including pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy. Adopt program processes, procedures, and tools to provideaccurateon-time reporting thatmaximises
  • Learning & Development: Complete required training and certifications aligned to Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialisations.
