· Conduct requirement gathering workshops to understand the end to end business process requirements and creating comprehensive business process maps and Functional specifications documents

· Proactively identify risk and take appropriate risk mitigation measures to ensure minimum impact to the project scope, timelines and deliverables quality

· Change management to help organizations and users embrace change with minimum of disruption by designing effective ways of communicating and delivering change

Skills and attributes for success

· Strong capital markets domain knowledge of Products and Processes covering end to end trade life cycle.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / MBA

Bcom/ MBA with 1-3 year experience in RTR function. Should be familiar and experienced in carrying out Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
