Qualification :
BE with8-15 Yrs. experience
- Handle a team size of 8-12 Stress engineers & guide the team for smoother work flow
- Prepare and review Civil information drawings at various stages of Project.
- Coordinate within organisation with peer disciplines and lead offices
- Estimate manhours required for various Stress analysis activities
- Review of Piping layout, Plot plan, interdisciplinary drawings.
- Performs stress and support engineering related activities for assigned project and activity. Conversant with stress analysis of piping connected to various types of equipment like Column, tanks, exchangers, pumps/ compressors/ reactors etc.
- Conversant with requirements like trunnion calculation, flange leakage calculations, qualification of allowable nozzle loads etc.
- Provides resolution of technical issues related to stress and support engineering. Prioritization and planning of engineering activities and deliverables.
- Working knowledge of stress analysis tools like Caesar-II & Autopipe
- Exposure to the latest American and European standards and codes.
- Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes and standards
- Exposure to Surge analysis & Slug flow analysis
