Sales Application Specialist (PPE)
We have an opportunity for ato join us at Honeywell, where you will drive sales within the product category (Hearing, Eyewear, Respiratory, Head protection) via the sales team, own activities and pipeline ownership. You will build relationships and understand customer requirements to provide appropriate products or solutions, define a sales and growth strategy toward key sub segments while aligning with critical sales business objectives, and be the active cog between Sales and Internal functions such as marketing, Supply Demand Planners & Offering Management. You will identify opportunities and build credibility utilizing your product & market knowledge to deliver the Honeywell value proposition to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer face to face promotion of Honeywell Product Portfolio
- Advise customers of most suitable product needs for their application. Identify opportunities for further sales and service revenues.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to Zone Manager on sales progress and on projected revenues.
- Carry out product demonstrations at customer locations.
- Integrate with the Northern Area Sales Managers, Distribution Managers & Country Leaders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive B2B Sales experience with-in PPE industry experience of technical sales.
- Previous experience of working with technical safety products.
- Highly experienced in consultative selling-like methodologies / approaches.
- Deep understanding of health and safety EN standards and legislation concerning PPE.
- Experience in planning and managing major accounts.
