JOB DESCRIPTION


You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'llwork out of our location on a work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency,productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptionaltechnical support and service.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Lead and execute field service projects, ensuring successfulimplementation and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implementsolutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in field service engineering or relatedroles
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectivelymanage and develop a team
• Strong technical background in engineering, preferably in [specificfield]
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achievingbusiness targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild relationships at all levels
• Strategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

Financial Acumen .
• Advanced degree such as a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
