Internship: Service Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze installed base data, including equipment status, contract expiration, and sales opportunities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor and support automated processes for data updates and change requests, ensuring data accuracy.

• Collaborate with customerservice teams and sales organization to ensure data quality in SFDC (CRM platform Salesforce.com) and support opportunity management.

• Analyze sales opportunities from installed base data and collaborate with the sales team to optimize these opportunities.

• Support initiatives to drive growth within a designated business unit through data-driven insights and analysis.

Requirements:

• You possess a University background in any engineering field, such as engineering management, data analysis, biomedical engineering, or similar disciplines.

• You have advanced Excel skills and feel confident with working with numbers.

• You are outgoing, capable of building relationships within a diverse team, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.

• You are fluent in Italian and can easily communicate in English.
