Job Description

Responsible for ensuring content quality and consistency across digital platforms, ultimately enhancing user experience and supporting content marketing and information management objectives.

• Editorial Oversight: Develop and maintain editorial standards and guidelines for content creation, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand voice across all content.
• Taxonomy and Tagging Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive taxonomy and tagging strategy to organize content.
• Content Metadata Management: Managing the implementation and maintenance of metadata standards, including defining and applying metadata schemas, attributes, and tags to ensure accurate and consistent content labeling. This includes working with content management systems (PromoMats, DAM, VEEVA Vavul, CAD,…)
• Collaboration and Training: Collaborating with BU and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with taxonomy and tagging standards, providing training and guidance on best practices for content categorization and tagging and AORs
• Measurement and Optimization: monitoring content usage metrics to improve content relevance and accessibility.

EDUCATION

• University degree on health Science from accredited institution
• +2 years of relevant work experience (especially in Pharma)EXPERIENCE
• Required working experience in Pharma industry in Digital Marketing (digital channels, digital scientific content, omnichannel campaigns) ensuring a balance between business knowledge and technical skills
• Technology-savvy, computing, telecom expertise
• Strategic thinking & Strong analytical and financial skills, as well as ability to influence senior management decision making and internal influence skills across the organization.
• Cross functional expertise and can thrive in a highly complex and matrix environment.
• Strong project management skills and business acumen
• Team management
• Experience on complex project management across bounders
• Ideal candidates will be familiar with some of the following technologies (Sales force cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, Veeva CRM, Janrain, Tridion, Google tag manager and google analytics)
