Are you passionate about solving problems and connecting people?
As part of our team, you will:
- Learn about IP/MPLS protocols and network architecture.
- Preparing configuration designs and scripts based on the official documentation and standards.
- Building work packs (instructions and implementation plans) for the field engineers for on-site activities.
- Troubleshooting and solving network issues.
- Creating site survey forms for the field engineers and validating the results of the site survey based on the agreed standards.
- Maintaining a customer-oriented manner and professional relationship with customers, service organization and internal teams.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrical Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
- Fluent English both oral and written (mandatory).
- Good communication skills, proactive, dynamic, flexibility, versatility.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Spanish language both oral and written.
- Knowledge in IP/MPLS Networks.
- Understanding on protocols like IP, TCP, OSPF, IS-IS and BGP.
- Knowledge of programming languages like VB Script, PHP, Bash Script.
