You will report directly to our Electrical Engineering Manager and work out of our Mississauga, ON location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for aerospace and defense applications
•Conduct testing and validation of electrical components for aircraft and defense systems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in the aerospace and defense industry.
•Learn about industry standards and best practices in aerospace and defense electrical engineering KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for aerospace and defense applications
•Conduct testing and validation of electrical components for aircraft and defense systems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in the aerospace and defense industry
•Learn about industry standards and best practices in aerospace and defense electrical engineering YOU MUST HAVE
•Currently pursuing master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
•Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
•The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
•Open to candidates graduating in 2026 or 2027

WE VALUE
Coursework in high-speed digital design, embedded systems or EMC.
Previous internship or project experience in aerospace and defense electrical engineering.
Familiarity with electrical design software and tools.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in aerospace and defense electrical engineering. Additional Information
