Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a business technology sales or customer success role.
- Experience working with app and web clients in a UX research, design, consulting or advisory role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing quantitative or qualitative data to inform decision-making.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with mobile apps and web UX growth strategies as a consultant or in house.
- Understanding of the mobile app development life-cycle including App Store Optimisation, UX A/B Testing, pricing and business generation strategies.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices and expertise in conducting heuristic evaluations and engaged analyses.
- Ability in understanding and working with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the UX space.
- Ability to work separately and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
