What you'll do:

You will work in a scrum team to:

• Assist global team to arrange/facilitate cross region meetings.
• Assist global finance controller to complete Asia Pacific financial report (process is given)
• Assist the 3rd party contract process
• Facilitate global on duty schedule
• Assist internal project management

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Excellent English communication skills (Oral + Email Written), experience of working with foreigners virtually.
• Familiar with Office tools, Excel, Teams, Slides
• Nice to have exchange student experience
• Can work for minimum 3 days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai.
