• Manage daily shipment reports
• Engaging Freight Forwarders & Carriers for any shipment with missing milestones data
• Data analysis for country performance, finding and correcting inconsistent information.
• Identifying trends that create actionable insights that can guide business decisions.
• Sending weekly aging report
• Work with manager for report accuracy improvements

• Undergrads whom are currently pursuing a Degree inBusiness/ Management/ Supply chain or relevant

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Knowledge in Analyics tool/ SAP
• Good knowledge for Microsoft excel and some experience with data visualization software such as Power BI.
• Analytical and meticulous
• Fluent in communicating report
• Good command of spoken and written English

• This role necessitates a full-time commitment, with a standard work schedule of five days per week.
• Upon selection for an internship at 3M, the candidate will be associated with an external staffing agency.
