to join us at in . The Senior Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of of H by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition and exit opportunities. This role requires a thorough understanding of the M&A process, financial acumen to understand and diligence carve out financials, and excellent transaction origination skills. The M&A Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to drive growth and maximize value through strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential strategic acquisition targets and support the buildout of a pipeline of opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve business goals
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make recommendations for enhancements
• Develop and present comprehensive business cases for potential transactions to senior leadership.
• Coordinate and support all aspects of the M&A process, including deal structuring, due diligence, and integration / carve out planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transaction process.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in strategic planning, M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or a big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
