Manager, of Ads B2B Marketing, Germany
Additionally, you will contribute to broader business tactics beyond your role and pursue learning and development opportunities to consistently grow and evolve as a Netflix marketer.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Design and craft go-to-market strategies and narratives in an exciting way for the Sales team and their advertising clients in Germany in collaboration with the European Ads Marketing team.
- Lead the strategy and approach for how Netflix Ads show up at local industry events and bespoke client engagements in Germany.
- Understand our advertisers, assess the right data, seek insights and inform local marketing strategy and stories. Partner regularly with international teams for launches and ongoing growth ( Ad Sales Marketing, Sales, Ad Product, Events, Comms/PR, and others).
- Help inform the development of new Ads products based on advertiser feedback and market insights.
- Deliver regular updates to leadership complete with wins, challenges, and asks.
Qualifications:- At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising and marketing communications.
- Fluency in English and German
- An understanding of the CTV/OTT/Streaming landscape is preferred.
- Previous experience in product positioning, narrative, and sales collateral development.
- Extensive experience working closely with product and Ad sales teams to develop strategy and messaging.
- Ability to develop and implement creative ideas, partner with agencies, and manage competing projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with developing content including blog posts, case studies, presentations, creative assets, and thought leadership that support our marketing objectives.
- Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications.
