You are responsible for
- Handling Sales/Sales Return/Sample/Rebate related operations in SAP
- Managing eCommerce system
- Supporting subsidy sales with PPS
- Supporting warehousing & distribution for the performance of the logistics network, delivery performance and cost optimization and managing the relationship with logistics service providers for customers’ sales
- Support financial updates and procedures related to sales status reflection.
- Managing customer credit collateral & credit management
- Support collection from customers
- Managing master data and contracts of customers
- Reporting sales weekly/monthly to related stakeholders.
- Adherence to the company process, policy, procedure, and compliance request.
- Be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to prepare all the order delivery.
- Manage the payment for all expense related CS
- Distributing external request from Homepage to the related stakeholders
- Back-up supply chain management
- Assist the Manager within the department with administrative tasks as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
- University degree or higher
- Minimum 7~10 years of professional customer service experience in global Multinational organization.
- High level understanding of customer service and domestic logistics
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, committed, and hardworking
- Good command of English
- Familiar with SAP
- Strong computer skill in MS Office software
