As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Building Automation (BA) business unit in Seoul. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various programs and projects to ensure their successful execution. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Seoul location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving the successful implementation of programs and projects within the BA business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and coordinate programs and projects within the Building Automation (BA) business unit
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the building automation industry or a similar technical field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
