- Develop consumer strategy & plan via research to understand consumer insights and monitor market trends
- Lead consumer education campaign/innovation programs across channels for increased awareness and interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, and communication etc, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of consumer education activities.
- Project detail management for internal process and external communication with on time high quality delivery
- Analyze campaign/projects performance and adjust strategies
Desirable
:
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 6 years marketing experience.
- Experience in successful BP development is a must.
- Proven success in complicated consumer campaigns (big brand & budget/brand campaign + PR collaboration experience)
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Consumer research experience & analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
- Experience in new product launch or innovation projects is a plus.
- Experience in top OTC/prescription drug retail/FMCG companies preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Personality: resilience, outgoing, extroverted, and talkative
