Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Breadth of technical experience and knowledge in architecture design and foundational infra, application, security and AI,
  • Depth / Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following:
  • Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of key Data & Analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.
  • Deep domain expertise in following Data-specific areas
    • Cloud Scale Analytics (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Synapse, Databricks)
    • Azure SQL Data (IaaS/PaaS)
    • Azure Cosmos DB, Open-source database (PostgreSQL, MYSQL)
    • Data Governance (Microsoft Purview) OR
  • Experience creating Data & Analytics Proof of Concepts (PoC), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for customers that lead to production deployments, hands-on experience working with the respective products at the expert level.
  • Any additional experience in Applicative architecture design and or with Applicative components (APIM, Kubernetes, GitHub....) are welcomed!
  • Full proficiency in French and English is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • drive positive Customer Satisfaction & become a trusted advisor.
  • You will ensure that solutionexhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners.
  • You will be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
  • You willdevelop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results and identify new opportunity to capitalize on customers investments
  • You willhelp Customers get value from their Microsoft investments andidentify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP).
  • You willapply technical knowledge to architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data & Analytics roadmaps, drive Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimal Viable Product (MVP), and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments of Dataplatform and New Applications, infusing key AI technologies whereappropriate to develop innovation and answer new Business Stakes for our customers.


Technical Leadership

  • You willmaintaintechnical skills (Analytics, transactional Databases, Reporting more particularly) and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers to modernize their applicative and data platform landscape on Azure platform.
  • You will advice the customer and the Account Team to propose the best approach to secure the projects
  • You willaccelerate customer outcomes - Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes and obtain relevant accreditations and certifications.
  • You will updated on market trends, collaborate with the Database, Analytics and AI technical community, and educate customers about the Azure platform.
