- 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience using tools such as Workday and other technologies across the HR ecosystem.

- 3 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- Strong operational mindset to deliver services and process improvements.
- Demonstrated program and project management capability.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
