Operate vehicles in a safe manner, by following all safety rules and demonstrating professional command of the equipment
Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
Inspect equipment and verify/report damage or concerns
Some familiarity with computers with the ability to run and print basic reports
Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
Understand and apply health and safety guidelines/procedures
Contribute to a safe and orderly working environment
Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience operating tractor trailers in a trailer yard setting
Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forklift
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English
Ability to safely operate a yard truck to maneuver trailers around a crowded yard
Regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to ten (10) hours/day
Abilityto work safely at high levels, upwards of thirty-five (35) feet
Abilityto work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Abilityto reliably attend work/scheduled hours
Required to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted above
Occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance;lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds;and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
At least three (3) months experience operating a yard truck and/or spotting trailers in a fast-paced environment
Six (6) months previous experience operating forklifts
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
