What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Assistant, Quality Control, you will be responsible for shift operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipment's. You will work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on engineering change management
You will:
- Responsible of designing and developing robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift six days working.
- Responsible of designing and troubleshooting robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift with six days working
- Responsible for New line setup through systematic approach of equipment integration.
- Ensuring compliance with Lean and ISO standards
Essential Requirements- Experience in robotics programming and PLC automation interface Design scalable and fast web applications,
- Experience in the field of Machine Learning, Computer Vision Deep Learning & OCR solutions, object detection algorithms Deep knowledge on Auto CAD for new & existing line design concept
- Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program development Experience in creating software & executing automation scripts using open-source tools (VB,SQL,Python)
- Exposure to ISO Standards
Desirable Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mech-Electronics Engineering
