Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
  • OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years overseeing and managing the Rhythm of Business financial processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking, along with communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and financial analysis
• Creative thinker, proactive problem solver, and team player with a passion for gaming and the Minecraft franchise

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage the Rhythm of Business financial processes, including Monthly Close, Quarterly Forecast, Annual Budget, and Long-Range Planning (LRP) processes. This includes consolidation, insights, and storytelling across the franchise in addition to P&L reporting.
• Data-driven Revenue Growth: Create data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance in the short term and develop strategies to drive growth.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across the business team, including Acquisition,
• Post-Sale Monetization, and Resource Management, to ensure efficient execution of business initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support franchise objectives.
