Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools to generate reports, monitor performance, and drive data-informed decision-making .
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners , ensuring effective and strategic communication .

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in telecom service order management, project management, or a related leadership role , with 2+ years of team leadership experience .
