As a Copilot TS, you’ll need to understand the customer’s technical needs and show them how our solutions can meet those needs. You’ll also be looking for new opportunities to help our salespeople.

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    • A couple of years in a technical sales specialist role, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Skills and Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker, and Viva solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
    • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Languages:

    • Fluent in Italian and English.
Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement:

    • Your main goal is to influence customers’ technical decisions to purchase and use our technology.
    • Work in a team, enabling customers through digital transformation using Microsoft 365 and Surface.
    • Own and win customers’ technical decisions while identifying new opportunities.
  2. Technical Expertise:

    • Collaborate with a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources.
    • Educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate solutions, and win technical decisions.
    • Help achieve sales targets for Microsoft 365 suite, Teams Calling, Meetings, and other solutions.
  3. Strategy and Solution Design:

    • Provide input based on Microsoft capability, considering partners and competitors.
    • Understand customer feedback and competitive landscape.
    • Contribute to enhancing Microsoft Teams and Copilot capabilities.
  4. Education and Training:

    • Identify learning gaps and stay updated on architecture and product knowledge.
    • Engage with customers, partners, and colleagues to expand expertise.
  5. Partner Ecosystem:

    • Act as a liaison between partners and the team.
    • Identify skill gaps and provide feedback to internal teams.
