Field Service Engineer
Job DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer you will provide technical support for MRI System located at customer sites in Israel. Performing installation, upgrade, Previous Maintenance , Corrective Maintenance , Field Change Order with emphasis on customer satisfaction and attention to costs.
Your role:
- Performing corrective maintenance on MRI equipment at customer sites
- Performing preventive maintenance according to company's policies
- System installations, removals and upgrades
- Supporting Sales activities if required
- Activity reporting according to company's policies
- Team working with other Lines for improving Customer support Satisfaction
You're the right fit if::
- At least technical education
- At least 5 year of Field service /Customer Support experience
- Experience working with Medical equipment in general or particularly in CT/MRI – a big advantage
- Ability to work after hours, week-ends and holidays when required.
- Ability to provide Customers training on equipment operation.
- Good English skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
