Description
You will be directly responsible for building innovative applications to transform the manufacturing industry, focusing on compliance analysis and anomaly detection, leveraging your expertise in statistics and machine learning.- Design and optimize data-driven applications for supply chain compliance, anomaly detection, and commonality analysis.- Integrate ML models to improve pattern detection and process optimization.- Develop optimization models using KKT and other constraint-based techniques for efficiency gains.- Research the latest in data analysis, machine learning and optimization, proposing innovative solutions for our projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in mathematics and statistics is required.
- Working knowledge of Python and experience in data analysis, anomaly detection, and commonality analysis.
- Strong understanding of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) methodologies.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for developing and deploying models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with optimization models, including constraint-based techniques such as KKT.
- Experience with cloud-based computing platforms like AWS/GCP/Ali-Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry and its challenges is a plus.
- Experience with optimization tools such as SciPy, CVXPY, or other similar libraries is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on real-world applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
