Test Equipment Technician perform software, electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in Test Process.The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible to sustain test equipment with minimal downtime.
- Provides Manufacturing and Equipment support needs in a rapidly changing development and high volume manufacturing environment.
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications.
- Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis on production equipment.
- Resolves non-standard problems, works with minimal supervision, and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
- Works with Engineering to support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for improving and sustaining the equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE and Yield)
- Assist engineer during DOE and improvement project.
