Responsibility

• Proceeds in accordance with applicable internal directives, working procedures and valid legislation
• Responsibly and on time performs the supervisor`s work tasks and instructions.
• Performs activities that ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace and follow 5S method
• Supports audits in the entrusted area
• Responsible for creating the standard cost for Raw materials
• Responsible for preparing standard prices and transfer prices
• During the year analyse the difference between Actual cost and standard cost for materials
• Provides support to the accounting department in preparing the provisions for the end of the month, quarter, year
• Methodically guides the process of monthly and annual closing within the company
• Provides support in documenting and implementing material management costs and profitability analysis and implementation of control tools (Direct Material savings, Slow moving reserves, etc.);
• Manage the accuracy of order database between local Site and IP owner
• Ensure the weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s
• Actively participate and support for monthly CAPEX and NPI projects
• Elaborates the elements from the budget, cash flows, respectively analyzes variations and presents comments;

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor Master degree Economical
• Minimum 5 years practice
• Microsoft Office - advanced user
• SAP –advanced user
• Internet –skilled user
• Self-Awaer/Learning
• Responsible approach to work, precision, attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure - StressManagement
• Independence & Flexibility
• Ability to build the good relationship / Growth and Customer Focus
• English advanced speaking and writing skills
