As a Product Designeryou will craft user-centered, innovative design solutions that enhance both the emotional and functional aspects of enterprise products. This role focuses on delivering seamless end-to-endAI Agentic user. You will collaborate across teams to define, develop, and refine product features, communicate compelling product narratives, and mentor product designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND5+post degree full-timeyears’ experienceworking in product or service design

• master’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND3+year’spost degree full timeexperienceworking in product or service design

• OR equivalent experience (e.g.,demonstratedexperience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)

to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Design Leadership:Takes ownership of the creative process. Influences designers and non-designers to fostercollaborationand alignment, delivering UX artifacts and driving subsystem designs from concept to delivery.

• Experience Vision:Craft and present design strategies to stakeholders, balancing user needs, businessobjectives, andtechnology feasibility.
