Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key regional stakeholders, including government entities, non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and the private sector.
- Design and lead flagship initiatives that promote social innovation and address critical issues affecting the region.
- Facilitate collaboration opportunities that leverage the strengths of diverse partners to create scalable and sustainable social solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic role with a focus on social impact, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive social change and create positive impact.
- Strong understanding of the MENA region's social and economic landscape, including key challenges and opportunities for social innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior government officials, business leaders, and social entrepreneurs.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, or International Development.
