Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.
- 2 years of experience in managing Chief-of-Staff or Business Operations projects and scope.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years program management experience in driving cross-functional projects from idea to implementation to adoption.
- 5 years of experience in a functional role in supply chain and outsourced manufacturing management in high tech manufacturing operations.
- Experience in developing communications deliverables including All team/town hall meetings, manager discussions and newsletters contributions.
