Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in brand/marketing management, corporate affairs/corporate social responsibility, or communications lead roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, policy, or partner marketing or research.
- Experience with marketing and business operations, financial analytics, or similar.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Ability to work with teams on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic context and effectively operate in a fast-paced environment.
