The position
As a Technical Execution Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, executing, and making strategic decisions in collaboration with organizational leadership.
What will your job look like:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of tasks and activities of several "dotted" validation teams.
- Ensure alignment of execution with strategic goals and objectives for the algorithm validation group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination toward smooth execution.
- Identify and mitigate execution risks and issues, implementing necessary adjustments to stay on track.
- Regularly communicate the status and development plans of the team.
- Optimize processes by analyzing previous workflows, identifying issues, and creating and improving mechanisms to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, managers, product managers, and data teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.
All you need is:
- Proven analytical skills and decision-making based on quantities and qualitative data.
- At least 3 years of experience in validation
- At least 3 years of experience in managing technical products or programs in companies with highly complex systems.
- Technical Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of strong execution and problem-solving skills, with extensive leadership experience.
- Proficiency in tools and techniques for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Proven ability to build a roadmap and execute complex projects.
