Localize and adapt the International and Eastern Europe product strategy of consumables & accessories to align with the specific needs of the Polish market and to align with the dynamics of our various teams contributing to the consumables business (account managers, modality specialists, service account leaders, field service engineers)
Develop pricing strategy and manage annual and ad-hoc pricelist change process
Provide product trainings and product demos for external audiences (congresses, workshops). Train internal teams (listed above) on consumables & accessories products.
Ensure products are ready for commercial offering – maintain product registration documentation and translations of marketing materials. Maintain web catalog of consumables & accessories.
Provide product support for equipment Account Managers, ensure proper consumables & accessories configuration process of Patient Care Solutions equipment deals and maximize the consumable cent at point of sale (POS)
Drive the growth of the aftermarket segment of our consumables & accessories business by regular customer visits, daily monitoring of tender activity, preparation of tender documentation; preparation of offers, follow up on leads of Field Sales Engineers or other teams, verification of customer orders.
Cooperate with and influence all related teams (i.e.Order-To-Remittance, Field Sales Engineers, Insides Sales, logistics and more), contribute to process improvements of related areas. Coach and dotted line manage the Junior Account Manager of consumables & accessories
Contribute to short term and strategic revenue forecasting
Active member of the Eastern Europe consumables & service sales franchise team, contributor of the international consumables & accessories community.
