You will:

• The incumbent will lead a team of lawyers supporting primarily the ISG cluster, which includes all matters related to ISG products and services, plus GA, OEM, Global Operations, supply chain, product group, and services.
• The incumbent shall possess superb professional skills and strive to steer clients to do business the right way.
• The incumbent shall embrace Dell’s modernization journey and should not be afraid of taking risks.
• The incumbent should be willing to expand beyond comfort zone and take on a broader regional view in working with North Asian and ANZ colleagues
• The incumbent shall manage the team with effectiveness, including proper allocation of resources, and knowing team members’ strengths and assigning work accordingly.
• The incumbent shall set an example for the team in abiding by legal modernization principles and spend necessary time to coach and train junior team members.

Essential Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable law school
• Be licensed in a major jurisdiction
• 15 plus years of legal practice experience in both major law firms and foreign MNC
