Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years direct working experience in VDF,ALD,RTX or IMP area, as process or equipment engineer. Good understanding on fab operations are required.In-depth understanding of relative module equipment, process control and applications.
