Responsibilities:
Drive the Migration Registrations for Booked Projects to ensure Projects adhere to the Best Practices and ensure zero issues during the Migration Lifecycle
Work with the Global Project Management Cluster Leaders and Project Managers to ensure all the booked projects are registered with the Migration COE within a month of booking
Identify list of non-Compliant projects to be presented to HPS Management
Work closely with LSS Migration COE Technical Leaders (DCS Migration COE Leader + Safety Migration COE Leader) to ensure effective utilization of all the available GES resources.
Drive the HMI COE to ensure promotion of the HMI COE and maximize its usage for all HMI Migration projects globally
Present the data for overall COE Utilization, Cost Savings using GES, YTD target and status, HMI COE progress
Provide the GES relevant data for COE leadership to be presented at MOS with HPS leadership
Support them for any technical queries as needed
Work with the COE Admin to ensure all the Support requests are assigned appropriately
Ensure SAP billing for overall GES COE team, update the HOS data related to SR’s Analyzed/ Projects Supported, Spend Plan, Serviceability etc.
Ensure that the assigned team is able to meet the delivery schedules as per target, communicate with the Front Office Teams/Customers as necessary
Ensure timely and accurate forecasting & reporting of Monthly / Weekly performance data such as volume, adoption, productivity, escalation, demand, and capacity planning.
Interaction with various stakeholders like DE, TAC & IT for technical and FSM/PMC for schedules/escalation.
Technical Skills
At least 10 years of experience on Honeywell TPS/ Experion systems with knowledge of other nodes at L2/L3
Well versed with the Experion PKS Migrations with actual experience of Experion Software Migrations– Preferably an EPKS LSS L3 and OPM L3 certified
Knowledge of TPS and aware of the latest technologies such as
AMT, Virtualization / ELCN / ENB
Should have 5+ years of experience in handling a team of 5+ engineers
Should have 2-3 years of experience of working with a global team and interacting with Global Stakeholders
Should have knowledge of the Standard Builds and Best Practices used at sites and should be able to drive Standardization as part of COE best practices
Should have excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Conversant with Excel (Charts/ Pivot)
- The COE leadership is spread across different time zones and hence acting with urgency is needed at times to ensure we have the data requested ready for them when they start the day.
