Key responsibilities:

• Review and process SOWs from draft status to PO issuance and oversee process for time reporting for multiple projects.
• Review contract documents, manage, maintain and facilitate flow of documentation, manage Supplier project cost reporting.
• Maintain process, trackers and provide updates for regular cost forecasting, support project managers in PI planning activities.
• Manage month end closing activities related to project costs and other ad-hoc activities, report project progress to the Professional Services Manager.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key requirements:

• Master/Bachelor's degree in a related field or work is preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
