Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management:
- Lead strategic projects with market-leading customers.
- Transform project experiences into service assets, including delivery suitcase materials and best practice documents.
- Customer Engagement:
- Ensure the SAP Services portfolio aids customers in safely transitioning to innovative SAP solutions.
- Tailor solutions to best fit customer needs, particularly in hybrid cloud environments.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with development teams and SAP partners.
- Facilitate mutual feedback and stay updated on new developments.
- Network and Quality Improvement:
- Strengthen connections with the support organization to scale and improve service delivery.
- Enhance the quality of service delivery through continuous feedback and improvement.
Daily Tasks:
- Knowledge Management:
- Create and update knowledge products for service delivery.
- Explain technical architecture and infrastructure concepts to individuals with varying technical backgrounds.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay abreast of new trends and assess their relevance to SAP’s digital core service portfolio.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Create high-quality service assets together with colleagues from different regions
- Actively listen and respond to the evolving needs of Premium Engagement front office and service delivery teams globally.
YOUR PROFILE
This role requires conceptual skills and the ability to turn one’s own learning into learning experience for others, be they colleagues or customers.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in one or several of the following areas:
- Technical architecture of SAP products and solutions like S/4HANA and BTP.
- Technical architecture of Hyperscaler deployments.
- Datacenter readiness and operations.
- Strong background in main SAP technology platforms like SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure topics, including server, storage, and networks.
- Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
- Experience with BTP and SAP SAAS clouds.
Communication and Visualization:
- Strong communication and visualization skills.
- Experience in creating delivery best practices.
- Ability to structure and document methodologies and best practices (whitepapers, presentations).
Support and Collaboration:
- Willingness and ability to support delivery teams and the front office.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- German language skills an asset.
