Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years sales enablement, business development or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years sales enablement, marketing strategy, business planning, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Responsibilities
  • Leads Sales Enablement
    • Leads Sales Enablement by landing and championing global strategy, activating connected sales and marketing execution to maximize performance and share
    • Collaborates with our Microsoft Global Partner Sales (GPS) organization and Industry advisors to uncover repeatable solutions and drive local partner-led demand generation and seller awareness.
    • Collaboration across relevant stakeholders to leverage expertise and continuously enable a world class sales organization.​
  • Drive Business Performance
    • Drives sales performance in AI Transformation for our customers ​
    • Identifies growth opportunities in the market and builds clear execution plans to deliver on
  • Champions Customer Advocacy
    • Advocates as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Area to provide thought leadership and to drive improvements on the GTM plan
    • Facilitates and drives engagement across a complex stakeholder map to support sellers to drive customer outcomes and advocates for improvements
