Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for timely and accurate migration instructions delivery from Citi Clients to external parties, as well as ensuring smooth settlement

• Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders, as well as Citi Clients to effectively deliver services and projects

• Resolve order and settlement related issues; recommend solutions and lead the implementation

• Review of operating procedures, system changes, assistance in new product implementations

• Identify and pursue opportunities to streamline operational processes

• Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Custody, Transfer Agency or Middle Office (Investment Funds knowledge will be a strong advantage)

• Proven track record of projects implementations will be a strong advantage

• SWIFT messages literacy will be a strong advantage

• Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information

• Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent English required

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
