Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in Hardware Engineering or Test Engineering in manufacturing.
Experience in driving improvement of test systems and processes to enhance efficiency and manufacturability.
Experience in developing and integrating manufacturing test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in design or test of GPU, blade server, and networking products, with a focus on board and system-level functional tests in manufacturing.
Experience coding in Python, and Shell scripting, and familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of test stations bring-up, incorporating proper validation methodology such as Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility.
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues collaboratively with the engineering team.
Ability to generate comprehensive test plans based on product specifications and execute testing procedures.
Ability to apply new technologies (e.g., automation, machine learning, and data analytics) to enhance manufacturing tests in efficiency or cost reductions.
