What You’ll Do
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the New Verticals sales team to craft and execute ad strategies that meet your CPG partners’ marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth targets.
  • Build Executive Relationships: Cultivate relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing leaders and decision-makers within CPG organizations.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and creativity to navigate challenges and build lasting partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that exceed partner expectations.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Clearly articulate the value of Uber’s advertising products, using creative approaches to differentiate our offerings.
  • Pitch Development: Create compelling pitch narratives that can scale across the Ads team and drive growth for CPG partners.
  • Be Versatile: Step in to support teammates and wear multiple hats as needed to help grow the business.
  • Advocate for Customers: Represent partner feedback to inform and shape future CPG Ads product roadmaps.

What you'll need

  • At least 8 years of experience in end-to-end CPG or large-customer digital advertising sales.
  • Proven success in selling ad solutions to large, complex CPG brands and organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing data to evaluate performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Full proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strategic Sales Expertise: Ability to design and execute sales plans that drive measurable success for both Uber and our partners.
  • Creative Storytelling: Effectively use data to identify opportunities and craft compelling narratives that influence decision-makers.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: A resourceful, go-getter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
