Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting vendor operations.
- 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
- 3 years of experience in the Source to Pay (S2P) roles in the technology industry.
- Experience in vendor operations and program management, and with designing, launching, and optimizing operational processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing data to identify business and process improvements.
- Experience in Finance ERP systems, particularly in the Procure to Pay domain, spanning transformation initiatives and system design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex problems and solutions clearly and concisely.
