Collaborate with consulting leaders to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that align with regional goals.
Understand the strategic agenda and priorities of the business, driving implementation across different work streams to deliver synergies and desired outcomes.
Support the coordination of leadership forums, drive agenda development, and ensure timely follow-through on key decisions and actions.
Produce meaningful analytics and insights to support decision making around performance KPIs and financials.
Serve as a catalyst and act as a liaison across functions and geographies to ensure alignment, information flow, and execution of strategic priorities.
Contribute to change management efforts by driving communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
At least 15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar internal role.
Strong understanding of the consulting business model, with demonstrated leadership skills.
Robust data analytics capabilities; ability to translate complex information into clear insights.
Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Commercially astute, highly organized, proactive approach and comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to drive change and foster collaboration across departments.
