In this role, you will work on the development of advanced CNC automation systems, upgrade personal background of technical details/problem solving skills, and contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes for precision machining - Develop advanced compensation programs by using machine learning algorithms to enhance CNC machine tool accuracy and efficiency.- Design and optimize CNC tooling and fixtures to resolve machining process issues and to independently design solutions that improve machining quality and cycle time.- Support machine learning integration within the CNC environment, including automated adjustments of machining parameters based on real-time data- Engage in continuous improvement projects, addressing ongoing CNC machine tool compensation, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) enhancement
